We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. For popular dates and larger groups, booking a week ahead is advisable. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to contact us.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and various allergies. Please inform us of any dietary needs when booking so we can ensure suitable alternatives are available.

All food tastings, expert guide services, and educational materials are included. For cooking classes, ingredients and recipes are provided. Beverages may be included depending on the specific experience - details are provided when booking.

Our tours are primarily conducted in English, Dutch, and German. For other languages, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to arrange a suitable guide.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.
